David Gooch
David has been involved with Signposted Cymru since it was floated as an idea to where we are today.
David was compelled to help Darren set up the charity after witnessing the amazing and selfless work Darren was putting in to help others via bootcamps, face to face consultations and relentless personal physical challenges, all done to help others suffering and currently lost in the system.

Mark Jones
Mark has a wealth of both business and management experience that will be an invaluable attribute in his role as Vice Chairman for Signposted Cymru.
Most importantly, mental health and well-being is high on the agenda for Mark and is the reason that he believes in Signposted Cymru and what they can offer.
Treasurer
Terrie Barker
Terrie has been on the board since Signposted Cymru started. Having been part of the original wellbeing bootcamps during the Covid 19 lockdown, Terrie has witnessed how many people within the community needed mental health support at a local community level.
Terrie works as a manager within the Banking industry and has been there for over 23 years. She is currently in her third year completing a Chartered Management BA Hons degree.
Mike Tuck
Mike spent many years in HM Prison Service before a career in Risk Management & has seen the effect of what poor mental health does to people, families & communities recognising that there is little support for those suffering out there.
He has a very neuro diverse family & he is deeply passionate about promoting mental health, Mike decided to get on board with Signposted having seen all the positive work Darren was doing before & during the COVID pandemic
Dean Jones
Dean joined Signposted Cymru in its infancy as he felt Darren's passion and what Signposted Cymru wanted to achieve was something he was keen to be a small part of.
Dean predominantly assists with Signposted Cymru's Health and Safety Compliance as well as his other responsibilities as a trustee. He is a Health and Safety expert with twenty years experience both in the UK and overseas. He has a wealth of Health and Safety Knowledge that he has gained in over fourteen different countries working on some of the worlds largest EPC contracts.
In his spare time, he loves watching football, and holidays with his wife Leanne, and children.
